She was predeceased by: her niece Sarah Lucile Shields. She is survived by: her brother John Thomas Shields (Tanya Salvato Shields); her niece Nancy Arinda Shields Kosub (Matthew); her great-nephew Noah Matthew; her great-niece Violet Sarah Kosub; her nephew William Thomas Shields (Jamie Lee Kuehl); her great-nephew John Luke; and her great-niece Emma Rowan Shields.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to your favorite charity or the Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas, Texas.
