He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Treadaway and Mary Treadaway. He is survived by: his wife Inez Treadaway (Allen) of Roscoe; his children, Dean Treadaway of Carlsbad, Eileen Fuller of Carlsbad, Perry Leonard (Paula) of Keller, Texas and Janie Abrigo (Juan) of Roscoe; and his brothers, Chester Treadaway of Oklahoma and Kenneth Treadaway of Oregon.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the First Baptist Church of Roscoe.
