He was predeceased by: his parents, Humberto I. Saenz and Ninfa P. Saenz. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne M. Saenz; his children, Humberto Saenz III and Vannesa M. Elizondo; his son-in-law Sandalio Elizondo; his granddaughter Isabella M. Elizondo (Elizondo Jr.); and his siblings, Ninfa Regina Garza, Jose Noel Saenz, Imelda Garza, Roberto Saenz and Luis Saenz.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Sanchez Memorial Funeral Home (101 Jesus Sanchez Ave, Roma, TX 78584). A rosary was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church (4 St Eugene De Mazenod Ave, Roma, TX 78584).
