She was predeceased by: her parents, Catarina Chavez and Miguel Gomez; her husband Armando Peña; and her daughter Graciela Yolanda Garza. She is survived by: her sister Gloria Castillo (Sergio); her children, Sylvia Irene Guerra (Gilberto), Irma Hilda Muñoz (Juan), Olga Maldonado (Margil), Maria Celia Guerra (Jose Arturo), Armando Peña Jr. (Raquel) and Ricardo Peña (Clarissa); and her son-in-law Lazaro Garza. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
