He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy and Euda; his daughter Kathey Yielding; and his siblings, Melvin Yielding, Jim Yielding and Mary Lauren.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth of Temple; his children, Steve Yielding of Kansas, Brenda Klecka of Cameron, Rita Buster of Rogers and Rhonda Myres of Belton; his siblings, J. W. Yielding of Cameron, Bill Yielding of Dallas and Joyce Keil of Wyoming; and his grandchildren, Lisa Wilkins, Amy Abila, Amber Joslin, Jennifer Mitchell, Christy Chaney, Chasity Rogers, Jason Anastasiades and Madison Anastasiades. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
