He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Ray McNeill and Lola Harris McNeill; his son Ricky McNeill (Brita) of Temple; and his grandsons, Ryan McNeill (Megan) of Temple and Riley McNeill of Temple. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
