She was predeceased by: her parent Maudie Hill Mitchell; her husband Henley Foster "Bootsie" Neal; her sister Willie Maude Aulie; and her granddaughter Amanda Diane Freshour. She is survived by: her children, David Lynn Neal (Carla) and Cynthia Louise Wiley; her grandchildren, Mindy Hubnik, Michael Hubnik, Shelby Asch, Jacob Neal and Matthew Freshour; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Cabrera and Abigail Asch.

Memorials may be made to Feat-NT, Autism Speaks, and the Rogers Community Alliance.
