We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2021, at the age of 94, Robert Carl Stephens of Rogers, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Ruby Stephens (Sparlin); his wife Ruby Stephens (Love); his son Robert Stephens, Jr.; his grandson Jeremy Hess; his brother Marvin Stephens; his half-brother Ned Bartlett; his daughters, Starr Freeman of Rogers, Amy Clemmer of Rogers and Ruby Fisher of May; and his half-brother Leroy Bartlett of LaGrange. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
