With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Kay Hawkins of Rogers, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 19, 2024 at the age of 63. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Sims and Betty Jo Sims (Dockery); and her sons, James Walter Tircuit and Thomas Eugene Tircuit. She is survived by: her husband Julian "Hawk" Hawkins of Rogers; her sons, Ray Hawkins (Elisha) of Rogers and Farrell "Buddy" Tircuit (Beth) of Trenton; her grandchildren, Alaina Mungia of Rogers, Ava Mungia of Rogers, Aiden Mungia of Rogers, Beckham Hawkins of Rogers, Farrah Tircuit, Blake Winslow of Trenton, Jennifer Smith (Chris) of Troy, Miranda and Jacob Tircuit of Rogers; her great grandchildren, Brantley Tircuit, Shep Tircuit, Kendal Salazar, Harper Marshall, Channing Marshall, Bennett Winslow and Paxton Winslow; her siblings, Larry Sims (Bobbie) of Friendswood and Diane Parchman (John) of Goldthwaite; and her nieces, Annie Parchman, Sarah Hale, Katie Sims and Jenny Sims.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Scanio-Harper Funeral Home (3110 Airport Rd, Temple, TX 76504). A graveside service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Friendship Cemetery (Davilla, TX 76523).
