He was predeceased by : his parents, Nayron Bush and Lucy Rebecca Bush (Strickland); and his sister Sarah Jane Bowers. He is survived by : his wife Judy Bush of Roganville; his children, James Bush (Tara) of Roganville and Jennifer Leigh Bertrand (Mark) of Hamshire; his siblings, Robert Edgar Bush of Mt. Pleasant and Ellen Rebecca Garwood of Nacogdoches; his grandchildren, Bradley Bush, Braedon Bush, Caleb Bertrand and Jasee Bertrand; his great grandchildren, Naomi Bush and Nolan Bush; and also Jayla.

Memorials may be given to Kirbyville Christian Outreach or Roganville Baptist Church.
