He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Duncan and Corda Duncan; his daughters, Tina Louise Duncan, Sha Marie Duncan and Whittney Elizabeth Duncan; and his sisters, Margaret Helen Tillery (Ersel) and Elise Marie Tillery (Jack).
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Duncan; his daughters, Billie Jo Scarpone (Johnny) and Brittney Morgan Clark (Randall); his grandchildren, Madison, Joshua, Claira, Colt, Hunter, Katie, Tyler, Tiffany, Chelsie, Angel, Gabriel and Austin; and his great grandchildren, Allie, Cooper, Emma and Ashton.
