He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Behrens and Eleanor Cullen Behrens; his siblings, Charles Behrens and Dorothy VanKirk; and his grandson Ty Robert Rheudasil.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Behrens; his children, Laurie Murdoch, Tim Behrens (Melissa), Maureen Cook (Joel) and John Behrens (Krista); his grandchildren, Amy Lawrence, Holly Murdoch, Jenny Murdoch, Matthew Behrens, Layne Murdoch, Jr., Haley Vastine, Peyton Behrens and Sean Behrens; and his sister Eleanor Vaughan. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of Flowers, donations are graciously accepted for his Granddaughter Peyton Behrens and her fight for Cancer.
