She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Oscar and Alma Mamie Smiley; her siblings, Estelle Cummings, Latrelle Bates, Joyce Byers, Joann Smiley, Eloise Brown, James, Mervyn, Pat and Bill Smiley; and her husband Norman.
She is survived by: her children, Wesley Nathan Cade, Holly June Schmidt and Constance Cade; her grandsons, Jacob Henry Schmidt, Joshua Ethan Case and Lucas Jeremiah Schmidt; and her siblings, Mona Spears, Suellen Markatt, Blake Smiley and Mike Smiley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
