It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Catherine Johnston Strope of Rockwall, Texas, who passed away on January 8, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Johnston and Dorothy Johnston. She is survived by: her sisters, Marilyn Yoder (Keith) and Barbara Johnston; her son Kevin Strope (Jennie); her grandchildren, Kyle and Lauren; her daughter Kelly Eisaman (Kelly); her grandchildren, Kraigen and Kayla; her daughter Kim Maldonado (Richard); her grandson Caleb (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Case and Stella; her son Kris (Stephanie); her granddaughter Morgan; her great grandchild Charlie Jo; and her grandsons, Collin and Joshua. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home - Rockwall (2500 TX-66, Rockwall, TX 75087). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
