He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest H. Lombard and Leta E. Lombard (Green); and his siblings, Leslie, Elvan and Carole.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Gail Lombard; his children, Jan Lombard and John Lombard (Karen); and his grandchildren, Kayla, Jack, Ethan and Travis Lombard.
