He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Dixon and Bobbie Fields; his daughter Susan Dixon; his stepdaughter Glenda Miles; and his granddaughter Jessica Snow.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Dixon; his children, Tamitha Pineda and John Dixon; and his stepchildren, Roy Coleman (Terri), Kelly Coleman (Michelle), Cheryl Dooley and Winston Floyd.
His contributions to the community did not go unnoticed, as he was honored with COP awards for his countless volunteer hours.
