He is survived by: his children, Steve Perkins (Lisa), Kim Elliott (Malcolm), Brian Perkins (Lisa) and Michael Perkins; his grandchildren, Christine, Jessica, Marcus, Myles, Melissa, Brandon, Amber, Blake, Matthew and Jack; and his great grandchildren, Mazie, John, Nick, Erik, Memphis, Malaki and Logan. He is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
