With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Charles Mehalic of Rockwall, Texas, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on March 20, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Lillian Mary "Pat" Mehalic (Rozanc). He is survived by: his wife Stacy Machelle (Harrison); and his siblings, Charles John (Heidi), Mitchell Charles (late Valerie), Gary Charles (Mica), Patricia Cheryl (Bruce Genovese), Loren Ceryle (late Roger Suggs), Lynley Ann (Joey Turconi) and Deidre Lee (Kent Jordan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home - Rockwall (2500 TX-66, Rockwall, TX 75087). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, John asked that we remember him in the best way he knew—by planting a tree.
