She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Forehand and Bessie Forehand (Smith); the father of her children Kenneth Howell; and her former husband Pete Leggett. She is survived by: her children, Lanny Howell (Elizabeth), Phyllis O'Reilly-Sollars (Donald), Vicki Lumley (Sandy), Cheryl Lentz (Dennis) and Kim Butler (Chris); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Jenna, Landan, Katie, Michael, Kris, Cole, Chase, Brittani, Brandon, Noelle, Matthew and Shelby; and her great grandchildren, J. C., Delilah, Harrison, Reo, Lincoln, Gage, Kelsey, Macy, Elle, Jack, Cameron, Madison, Jaden, Kailer and Krew.
