He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ian Bixby and Cecilia Arriaga; his wife Annmarie Bixby; and his child Bixby-Arriaga. He was also cherished by children, a daughter and a son.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lakepointe Church (701 E Interstate 30, Rockwall, TX 75087).
