She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Murphree and Fannie Murphree; her siblings, Alva Miles and Jakey (L. D. Shrum); and her nephew Ronald Miles.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Cindy Miller (Bill) of Rockwall, Sharon Bourquin (Arvie) of Forney, Michael Miles (Tammy) of Greenville and Thomas Miles (Sharon) of Mesquite. She is also survived by 9 great nephews and nieces and 14 great great nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grove Hill Funeral Home (3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Grove Hill Cemetery (4118 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75227).
