With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dorothy Jean McCain in Rockwall, Texas, born in Dalhart, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Luther Arnold and Mamie Gertrude Arnold (Grey); her children, Debbie Claudill and Morris Turner; and her stepbrother Russell Arnold.
She is survived by: her husband Travis McCain, Sr.; her sisters, Mary Wylie and Velma Ruth Burkham; her children, Lillian Stringer, Michael Turner and Travis McCain, Jr. (April); her grandchildren, Amanda, Jessie, Sara, Kayla, Amy, Jared, Joanne and Jason; and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Cooper, Jackson, Eli, Levi, Courtney and Maxwell.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chamberland Funerals & Cremations (333 W Avenue D, Garland, TX 75040).
