He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Otis Culpepper and Armina Merle Richardson; and his siblings, Don Culpepper and Carole Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Mills Culpepper of Garland; his children, Kristin Culpepper Holder (Tom) of Rockwall and Jonathan Kyle Culpepper of San Diego, California; his grandsons, Riley Holder, Reese Holder (Kaylee) and Reagan Holder; and his great grandchild Gracie.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home - Rockwall (2500 TX-66, Rockwall, TX 75087).
