She was predeceased by: her parents, Thrula T. Williams and Hattie Mae Williams (Russell). She is survived by: her husband Richard D. Proctor; her children, Lynn Windle (John) of McKinney and Landon Proctor (Michelle) of Royse City; her grandchildren, Angela Mackle of McKinney, Landon Proctor (Christine) of Mandeville La, Robert Mackle (Kelli), Justin Proctor (Sarah) of Royse City and Joshua Proctor (Rose) of Bakersville; her stepgrandchildren, Bradley Windle (Theresa) of Carrolton, Morgan Pelkey of Allston and Brandon Pelkey of San Antonio; and her great grandchildren, Maddox Pockrus, Rylie Agee, Olivia Mackle, Zoey Proctor, Connor Mackle and Ryan Mackle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home - Rockwall (2500 TX-66, Rockwall, TX 75087). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
