He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricio Martinez Vega and Nicolasa Avila Vega; his sons, Vicente Vega Jr. and Heneco Vega; and his granddaughter Anadelia Vega.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Gomez; his children, Odelia Vega, Humberto Vega and Daniel Vega (Maria); his daughter-in-law Adelfa Vega; and his grandchildren, Monica Dwyer, Heneco Vega Jr., Chris Vega, Amy Vega, Robert Vega and Belén Vega.
