He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alberto, Eulogia Juarez, Felipe Casillas and Jose Estaban; and his brother Ruben Hernandez.
He is survived by: his parents, Esequiel Hernandez and Margarita Hernandez; his children, Oscar Hernandez Jr., Adryiel Edaelle Hernandez and Annalise Muniz; his grandchildren, Ellian Exielle Hernandez and Azlianna Monique Hernandez; and his siblings, Gerardo Hernandez (Ignacia Hernandez), Himelda Avalos (Juan Avalos), Cesar Hernandez (Dalia Hernandez), Velia Hernandez, Esequiel Hernandez, Jr. (Arcelia Hernandez), Deyanira Hernandez and Miriam Hernandez. He is also survived by 10 nieces and 16 nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Chapel - Rocksprings (301 S Live Oak St, Rocksprings, TX 78880). Viewing was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Chapel, Rocksprings, Texas (301 S Live Oak St, Rocksprings, TX 78880). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Rocksprings Cemetery.
