He is survived by: his wife Patty of Rocksprings; his stepmother Celia West of Ozona; his siblings, Wesley, Sharman West of College Station, Barbara DeWoody (Steve) of Anza, CA and Wilda Won (Moon) of Lubbock; his uncle Mills Tandy (Costa Rica) of Monteverde; and his aunt LeeAnn Tandy of Miami, FL. He is also survived by seven nieces and one nephew, and a plethora of great nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, extended family and fur babies.
