She was predeceased by: her mother Beatrice Franco Benavidez; her grandparents, Jesus and Lilia Franco; and her parents-in-law, Felipe Palacio, Sr. and Magdalena Palacio.
She is survived by: her husband Felipe Palacio, Jr.; her sons, Emilio Palacio, David Palacio (Marlene) and Philip Palacio; her father Arnulfo G. Benavidez; her grandchildren, Mya Carolina Palacio, Aliannah Faith Palacio and David Lee Palacio; her brothers, Arnulfo Benavidez, Jr. (Ana) and Ricardo Benavidez (Nitza); and her nieces and nephews, Mario Benavidez, Gerado Benavidez, Ricardo Benavidez, Jr., Anthony Benavidez, Albino Javier Benavidez, Alejandro Benavidez, Jacob Palacio, Jaime Palacio, Joaquin Palacio, Liliana Quintero and Paula Yates.
