He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Othel Dean and Betty Lou Smith Howell; his son Jonathan Howell; his siblings, David Howell and Phyllis Barber; his wife Jean Howell of Rockport, Texas; his children, Duane Howell of Rockport, Terrell Howell Jr. of Orange Grove, Texas and LeAnn Adair of Corpus Christi, Texas; and his brothers, Don and Alfred Howell. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
