It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Sue Weir of Rockport, Texas, born in Kermit, Texas, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sarah Sue Weir to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alma Lee and Freeman Paschall; her husband Oscar G. Weir (Jerry); her brother George Buchanan; her grandson Mason Weir; and her children, Susan Weir Stephens and Steve Weir.
She is survived by: her sister Jane; her brother-in-law Jimmy Farrier; and her sons, Bruce Weir (Nancy) and Mark Weir.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (801 E Main St, Rockport, TX 78382).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Learning Tree at First United Methodist Church Rockport, or to the Sue Buchanan Weir Scholarship Fund at Lee College in Baytown, TX.
