It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Nell Jay (Rockport, Texas), born in Beeville, Texas, who passed away on December 23, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis "Bill" Herod and Audrey Herod; and her daughters, Stephanie Hill and Jordan Fisher. She is survived by: her brother James Herod (Georgia); her sons-in-law, David Hill (Ina) and Terry Fisher (Dawn); and her grandchildren, Christopher Bowen (Valerie), Whitney Johnson, Michael Hill (Gloria), Grayson Fisher, Camden Fisher and Aaron Johnson. She is also survived by great grandchildren, and many dear, dear friends.
