He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Joseph Albin and Helen Squiers Albin; and his wife Elaine Kline Albin. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Eugene Albin (Elizabeth), Elizabeth Albin Meza (Julio), Meryl Kline Fein, Michael Kline (Michelle Miller) and David Kline (Lori); and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Whitney (Blake), Brooke, Jared (Amanda), Jade (Charles), Chloe, Jacob, Elliott, Sean, William, Genevieve and Luisa.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Charlie Marshall Funeral Home (814 E Main St, Rockport, TX 78382). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the Rockport Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Phil's memory to the Rotary Club of Rockport or the MD Anderson Cancer Center.
