She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmie Lee Carroll and John Thomas Lewis Sr.; her husband Mike "Perch" Frank; and her half-sister Jenie Nelson. She is survived by: her nephew Dusty Frank (Amanda); her great-nephews, Lathen and Landon Frank; her brother Jack Lewis (Kyle); and her nephew Michael (Moon).
