She was predeceased by: her parents, Clemente Hernandez and Lorenza Pena; and her siblings, MaryEllen Montemayor and Marcus Hernandez. She is survived by: her son Trey Lopez; her sister Viola Hernandez; and her former husband Javier Lopez.
