She was predeceased by: her parents, Babe Burns and Lola Burns; her husband Morris Palmer; her son Rick Palmer; and her grandsons, Bryan Palmer, Spencer Reid and Joshua Palmer.
She is survived by: her son Donny; her daughter-in-law Patty Palmer of Georgetown; her daughters, Marsha (David Reid), Ruth Palmer and Barbara Palmer; her great grandchildren, Jason, Monique, Noah, Will and Kate Palmer; and her grandchildren, Mandy, Avery Palmer, Ira Palmer, Sammi, Xuma, Rowdy Rana, Kyrie, Eli Campodonico, Ann Palmer, Sarah, Josh, Olivia, Samuel McMullen and Lauren Wade.
