It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lanfair of Rockport, Texas, born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Birl Lanfair and Lillie Lanfair. He is survived by: his wife Karen Arthur; his daughter Lynae Lanfair (Johnny Mauricio); his stepchildren, Tommy Ramzinski (Lauren), Brandi Deckard (Bruce) and Loyd Bryan Thwing; his grandchildren, Madison and Zoe James Mauricio; and his brother Jack Lanfair (Susan). He is also survived by several step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
