He is survived by: his siblings, Edward F. Harris and Linnie M. Cline (Linn); his wife Eilene Mae Harris; his children, Henry E. Harris, III of Groesbeck Texas, Harvey W. Harris of Rockport, Henrietta E. Welch of Rankin and Hilda F. Harris of Rockport; his grandchildren, Adam B. Welch, Alyssa M. Abalos and Fenix V. Budd; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Jackson and Jensen Welch.
