He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Picton and Carrie Picton. He is survived by: his significant other Kathryn; his children, Charles, Denise, Jerry, Claire and John H.; his siblings, Dick and Mary Beth Caspary; and his grandchildren, Tommy Webb and Ryan Picton. He is also survived by five children, 15 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
