He is survived by: his brother Steven Roger Billy; his nephews, Jimmy Jay Randall and Roger Alexander Billy; his niece Marney Jayne Hagen; his brother-in-law Ed Randall; his wife Shaoli; his children, Gary Lee Billy Jr. (Natasha) and Jennifer Jayne Billy (JJ); his grandchildren, Keira, Riley and Olivia; and his siblings, Nancy Jay Randall, Kristi Ray Billy (Madeline), Kathy Kay Billy, Stephen Reid and Ross Canady (Brenda). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
