It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Castro Lopez (Rockport, Texas), who passed away on December 24, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Javier C. Castro and Elvira H. Castro; her siblings, Antonio Castro, Ernesto Castro, Armando Castro and Marina Castro; and her son Ralph C. Lopez Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Lopez; her children, Orlando Torres of Jacksonville, FL, Adelina Torres of Rockport, Albert Lopez (Ruby) of Taft, Rosemarie Okilj (Dejan) of Portland and Isabel Vasquez (Jesse) of Rockport; her siblings, Elvira Castro, Jaun Javier Castro, Elsa Medina (Delfino), Sara Benavidez (Ray), Reynaldo Castro, Ruben Castro (Anna), Rebecca Pelaez (Roberto), Raul Castro, MaryAnn Schnorr (Marc), Diana Cline (Brad), Reymundo Castro and Joe Castro (Amy); and also Kimberly Lopez of Aransas Pass. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Charlie Marshall Funeral Homes and Crematory - Rockport (814 E Main St, Rockport, TX 78382). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
