It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Darnelle Horne of Rockport, Texas, born in San Marcos, Texas, who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sylvia McClain and Bob Dobie; her sons, Justin Horne and Robbie Horne (Sarah); her grandchildren, Madison, Trayce, Kendall, Hayleah and Jaelyn; her sister Donna Dobie Parks; her niece Wendy Seaney (JD); her great-niece April Milner (April); her sister Dori Dobie (Fran); and her husband Bill Horne. She was also cherished by extended family and friends.
