We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2023, at the age of 99, Dan Shelton (Rockport, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shelton and Katherine Shelton (Cavett); his former wife Joy Miller; his daughter Kay Nell Wilson; his sister-in-law Virginia Shelton; and his mother-in-law Dorothy Faught.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Reynolds (Dulce) and Susan Hellberg (Jon); his sister Gayle Miller (Kleber); his stepchildren, Jeannette Richmond, Bobby Jack (Karen) and Michael Jack (Jacklyn); his siblings-in-law, Russ Holcomb (Jan), Edward Lane, Donna Butler and Ruth LaRocca; and his grandchildren, John Hallam (Kristina), James Hallam (Kristin), Andrew Hallam (Natasha), Louise Collins, Virginia Lamb, Natalie Perry and Dan Hellberg. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
