It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby L. Overton of Rockport, Texas, born in Temple, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 21, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Overton and Cecil Overton; and his siblings, Claudell, Don Overton, Maxine Waugh and Jo Doris Narrow.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Lee; and his sister Jerri Huddleston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other relatives.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital or Shriner's Children Hospital.
