He was predeceased by: his parents, Savannah Susan Luckey (Anthis) and Warren Luckey; and his brother Harold Luckey. He is survived by: his wife Avis Luckey of Rockdale; his children, Pamela Carrico (Randy) of San Augustine, James Luckey (Tasha) of Temple and Cliff Luckey (Janet) of Salado; his half-brother Glenn Luckey of Brownsville; his nieces and nephews, Jacquetta Brown of Tyler, Donna Ferguson of Mexico, Kelton Brown of Tyler and Steve Schlottman of Hearne; and his sister-in-law Linda Brown of Tyler. He is also survived by grandchildren, and other nieces and nephews.
