He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul A. Jenkins, Sr. and Ertha Lee Richardson Jenkins; his cousins, Dan, Dorothy and Jake Jenkins; his nephew B. J. Silvey; and his sisters-in-law, Frances Jenkins and Carolyn Ivey.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Diane Silvey; his brother Lee Jenkins; his nieces and nephews, Lee Jenkins II (Julie), Ryan Jenkins (Cherami), Shane Silvey, Sabrina Silvey, Kelly Ivey, Rebekah Ivey and Tommi Ivey; and his brothers-in-law, Henry Dell Silvey (Debbie) and Tom Ivey.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Minerva Cemetery (761 County Road 232 Loop Minerva, TX 76567). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Murray Street Church of Christ (1301 Murray Ave, Rockdale, TX 76567).
