He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey McKinney Sr. (Shelly) and Arcelia Cortinas; his siblings, Michael, Alex, Cameron McKinney, Ashley McKinney (Timmy Crow) and Hanna Neumann-Miller (Sam); his grandfathers, Allen McKinney (Cathy) and Bill Tucker (Sharon); his great-grandparent Martha Ullrich; his children, Jaxson, Calie and Nicholas; and his grandchild Brooklynn McKinney (Amber Nelson).
