He was predeceased by: his parents, Tessie B. Reagan and Myrtie Mae Reagan (Lummus); his wife Joy Dell Reagan (Hurt); and his son Larry. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Lynn Jones (Wallace Jones) of Rockdale, Cynthia Ann Cates (Fred Cates) of Rockdale and Phillip Craig Reagan (Stacy Lange) of Brenham; and his grandchildren, Amanda Jackson of Temple, Freddie Cates of Aurora, Tearle Cates of Fredericksburg, April Leita of Victoria, Jessica Ramos of Rockdale and Austin Reagan of Brenham. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.
Reagan was a four-time Paul Harris Fellow contributor to the Rotary International Foundation.
