She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Rubio and Julia Rubio; her siblings, Primitivo Rubio, Domingo Rubio, Delma Sanchez and Brigida Tomasa Meza; her brother-in-law Doroteo H. Meza; her sister Emilia Ramona Alvarado; her siblings-in-law, Miguel Alvarado, Zoila Rubio and Maria Rubio; and her half-brothers, Sostenes Rubio and Pete Rubio Sr. (Mercedes Rubio).
She is survived by: her children, Felix Flores Jr. (Norma), Jon Flores (Crissy) and Lizza Flores; her grandchildren, Nathaniel Flores, Shauntel Flores, Olivia Flores, Gabriella Lopez and Gianna Lopez; her great grandchild Indie Rose Harris; and her siblings, Catarino Rubio, Cornado Rubio, Ramiro Rubio, Quinto Rubio (Lou Ann) and Julia Molina.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home (1041 US-79, Rockdale, TX 76567-4513). A rosary was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St Joseph Catholic Church (234 San Gabriel St, Rockdale, TX 76567).
