He was predeceased by: his mother Ima Lucille Dins; and his wife Christene Wall (Chris) of Calvert, TX. He is survived by: his children, George Jr. (Martha) of Devine, Keith (Missy) of Huntsville and Diane Galownia (Paul) of Conroe. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home (1041 US-79, Rockdale, TX 76567-4513). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Nesbitt Cemetery (2649 Rose Hill Rd, Bremond, TX 76620).
