He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Richter and Suzanne Richter (Noack); his wife Beverly; and his brothers, Clifford and Andrew Richter.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna Roberts (Kevin) of Rockdale; his grandchildren, Kaden Roberts (Hannah) of San Gabriel and Emma Ann Roberts of Rockdale; and his great grandchild Kacen Emory Roberts of San Gabriel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
